In the midst of trying to sell our home...we have been working on our landscaping. My husband has been a lil' frustrated w/ my "perfectionism" since I redo, and redo, and again redo things. But...things are finally looking good around here. We still need to finish laying out part of the retaining wall we are working on but hopefully it'll be done by next month. :)
AND THEN....come fall.....THIS IS OUR NEXT PROJECT! THE BACKYARD!!! :) We want to do a block, rock, or brick patio off the deck stairs. (we're undecided) and then another retaining wall in the back of the house. We are also going to plant a bunch of Autumn Blaze Maples in the back side of house. If our house doesn't sell by fall that is. :)
We will take our home off the market probably by fall....and then try to sell possibly again next spring. We shall see. :)

Well, our landscaper is really cheap and she is a girl of many talents. :) She also is an obsessor just to warn you.
